To reach the Artist Nestle (this is how we call it, due to its very inspirational feeling from the first moment you enter in, thanks to the wooden fireplace and all glasses around embracing in total the beautiful panorama in front of us) from the main villa you can walking up a few steps, skirting the garden crags until arriving in front of this additional property, small in size (19 sq m) but with an extraordinary view. A step back now, to our Villa:
The internal layout offers flexible and versatile family-friendly accommodation. Total size of the Villa is 279 mq.
The main entrance (on the first floor) leads to a spacious, light-filled living room, boasting large panoramic windows and a fireplace. This room is connected to the dining area and the covered portico terrace, which we like to consider a “summer” extension of the living room thanks to its generous size. The view overlooking Bellagio and the bell tower of Menaggio is just outstanding.
From the dining area, there is a direct connection to the habitable kitchen and a guest bathroom.
Coming down the internal staircase – to the ground floor level – we are immediately connected to an original Taverna room facing an Internal portico, both rooms featuring some local original materials like the prestigious “Cotto Lombardo” floor and the stone on the walls.
A bedroom with a small bathroom, a laundry/technical room and a small storage room complete the level.
Here we do also have a direct connection from the garage level, making the entrance to the Villa easier, despite the 2 structures not internally connected.
From this floor, the view from the windows with stone frames is on the lovely garden, giving a feeling of total privacy and calm.
The sleeping area is located on the last floor of the villa.
On the same level there are four bedrooms, all of them with a terrific lake view, as well as two bathrooms. A small storage area and a large hall complete the level.
One feature that makes this level special is that we can find custom-made built-in closets in every room, covered with fine and luxury textile material, in excellent condition. Wooden beams give a graceful atmosphere to the bedrooms, in combination with real wood flooring.
