The sleeping accommodation is ideal for groups, families and couples in particular; with 3 double bedrooms featuring alongside a useful double futon bed to the lower-level sitting room. Two fitted bathrooms and 1 service WC complete the layout of this well-loved home.

Outside, the sunny private garden provides plenty of car parking space at the front. The beautiful mountainside setting offers close proximity to the vibrant, well-connected lake shore town of Argegno (just 16 minutes’ drive away).

Historical Argegno offers the perfect base from which to enjoy the very best of Lake Como. With its charming cafes, authentic restaurants, quaint harbour, lake lido and dramatic River Telo passing through, timeless Argegno offers an idyllic and convenient holiday base. Well-connected too, the town features a passenger ferry service to Como and a main lake road with western shore bus links to Menaggio (alternatively 40 minutes’ drive from the Chalet retreat) and Como (alternatively 46 minutes’ drive from the Chalet retreat). The tourist delights of the Central Lake are also within a 22 minutes’ drive away, whilst those seeking to explore Lake Lugano are just 50 minutes’ drive away from its tranquil shoreline. With a host of local leisure pursuits including hiking, cycling, lidos, lake swimming, boat rental, water sports, sailing, golf, tennis, extreme sports and Italian Alp skiing, there is truly something for everyone!
